Elite Model Winner 2013,Nneoma Anosike sues Wema Bank for unauthorized use of her photo.

In the advertising world, it is illegal to use people's works without their consent.thus making it important that all I's are dotted and all T's are properly crossed. Featuring a model or any person(s)   in an advert or a promotion of any kind,it is required for both parties to sign a consent/agreement form  in order to avoid law suits of this nature.

According to Premium Times, 22 year old, US based model, Nneoma Anosike  has filed a case
against Wema Bank for allegedly using her picture for advertisement purpose without her authorization.
Her father Frank Anosike who doubles as her Lawyer has sued the bank and is claiming N97 Million as damages.
